Improving communication to the public during disaster events A redesign of DisasterHub, a disaster management tool used by the public during disaster events to find resources, get updates and communicate with others. The goal of this redesign is to reduce cognitive load for users during high-stress situations and make it easier for them to find the information they need quickly.
